Introducing a highly stylized approach, newly designed, innovative concept called The OSPE'S (Objective Simulated Performance Evaluations©)
Simulations are developed to meet the training goals and objectives specific for your industry and expectations for your employees.
Trained corporate Actorvention© actors study the key objectives and arrive equipped with realistic scenarios, ready to engage, create and interact with your employees in a controlled environment.
Audio or video taping of simulations is available and can serve as an invaluable tool in determining future training needs for individual employees or sales teams.
Based on simulation process and review, both employer and employee will be provided with constructive feed-back regarding targeted objectives and goals.
Creative Coaching will assign a coach or coaching team for follow -up of the Actorvention© experience and further staff development as may be desired.
