Welcome — I’m Kim Nielsen.

I’m an ICF‑Certified PCC Executive & Performance Coach, facilitator, and former actor who helps leaders show up with clarity, confidence, and presence. My work blends emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a grounded, human approach to growth.

For more than a decade, I’ve coached leaders across pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance, luxury retail, media, and academic institutions. Whether someone is navigating a major transition, refining their leadership voice, or simply trying to stay centered in the middle of real life, I create a space where they can think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward with purpose.
